Women’s Novice / Men’s Novice (1st place qualifies for USS Nationals 2018) – (open weight) Any competitor that has not competed in an open division or has not won a novice division.

Top three in the following qualify for USS Nationals 2018:
LW Women (under 132 lb), MW (133-165 lb) Women, HW Women (over 166 lb)
LW Men (under 181 lb), MW Men (182-220 lb), HW Men (over 221 lb)
*Classes will be combined if less than 5 entries per weight class.

*Masters and Teen Divisions possible if interest.

Masters Men: LW 181 pounds – 220 pounds Heavyweight: 242 pounds-242+ pounds
Masters Women: Lightweight: 123 pounds –132 pounds Middleweight: 132 pounds – 165 pounds Heavyweight: 165+ pounds – 75+ kg

LW and MW Masters will run with LW open, HW Masters with MW open -scored separately. Teens will run with Novice and scored separately.


Athlete will begin with the log press, once 1 rep is locked out and a down
command is given, athlete will move to the circus dumbbell for max reps. Athlete will have a total of 60
seconds to complete both implements. Belt, chalk, wrist wraps allowed.

Novice Women: 90 Log / 70 DB
LW Women: 130 Log / 80 DB
MW Women: 150 Log / 90 DB
HW Women: 170 Log / 100 DB
Novice Men: 200 Log/ 110 DB
LW Men: 220 Log/ 120 DB
MW Men: 250 Log/ 140 DB
HW Men: 280 Log/ 160 DB

Athlete will carry frame 60 feet. The front of the frame crossing the line will stop the time.
Multiple drops allowed. No straps. 90 second time limit. Sliding of the frame is not allowed.

Novice Women: 250

XPC Deadlift Qualifier. Last Man Standing conventional pull, from the ground, deadlift bar.
Three attempts. Suits and straps allowed.

Carry the keg till you drop. Turns at 60 feet. No resting on belts. No tacky.

Over bar, Max reps in 60 seconds. Your choice of one of two stones. Heavier stone = more

The rights granted by me hereunder are granted for the entire universe and shall endure in perpetuity and no further compensation shall be payable to me at anytime in connection therewith.
